By using our Site or booking any of our dance courses, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent to participate.

Untomore provides dance courses, classes, and private lessons in various styles, including contemporary, street dance, ballroom, salsa, and dance fitness. Details of available classes, schedules, pricing, and instructors can be found on our Site.
To attend a class or course, you must book and pay through our Site or by other accepted methods. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor.
By booking a class, you agree to the applicable pricing terms. All fees are in GBP (£) and are non-refundable, except where specified in our cancellation policy.
Cancellations for individual classes must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
For multi-week courses, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the first class to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative class.
By participating in our classes, you agree to comply with all safety guidelines provided by the instructor and Untomore staff.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and able to participate in the class or course. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please consult a doctor before attending a class.
You must inform the instructor of any medical conditions that could affect your ability to dance safely.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure your safety, you acknowledge that participation in dance classes carries an inherent risk of injury.
Untomore is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our classes, unless due to our negligence.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, videos, and class materials, is the property of Untomore or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purposes or engage in any behaviour that may disrupt the experience of other users or violate the rights of others.
